Cheese Warmer, dipper style, lighted sign, cabinet design, 300 watts, Dimensions 12-1/2"W x 8-1/2"D x 8-1/2"H, NSF & UL listed. Variable heat control allows fast warm up - but be sure to turn the heat down once the Cheese is warmed. Otherwise, you either dry out the Cheese or burn it. Stainless steel water tanks on all Gold Medal Cheese Warmers - nothing to rust through. Cheese Warmer prices do not include the stainless steel Insert Bowl (or Bain Marie) or Lid. #10 cans will NOT fit in this unit. We recommend using our #2357 Insert Bowl and #38729 Lid. which are NOT included and must be ordered separately.
