Delfield Reach-In Hot Food Cabinet

Delfield’s two section narrow heating cabinet has a stainless front with an aluminum exterior and interior half size door. The aluminum doors are self closing and has metal handles that are recessed into the door. The interior cabinet interior is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum and is corrosion resistant. There are three wire shelves per section and can be adjusted on 1in increments. The heating elements have high speed blowers to keep the heat and airflow uniform. The entire heating system is mounted on the exterior and has an adjustable electronic thermostat. Cabinet compartment maintains temperatures between 120 degrees F and 200 degrees F.
