Delfield Roll-Thru Hot Food Cabinet

Delfield’s two section heating cabinet has a stainless exterior and aluminum interior full door. The self-contained roll-thru has stainless steel doors, recessed metal handle with a keyed door lock mounted in the door near handle. The interior cabinet interior is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum and is corrosion resistant. There is an incandescent light mounted to the interior ceiling. The heating elements have high speed blowers to keep the heat and airflow uniform. The entire heating system is mounted on the exterior and has an adjustable electronic thermostat. The digital thermometer has an alarm for high and low temperatures. Cabinet compartment maintains temperatures between 120°F and 200°F. Each section of roll-in cabinet can accommodate a 28-1/2in x 27-1/4in x 72in cart (not included).
