Delfield Reach-In Refrigerator and Freezer

Delfield’s two section refrigerator left and freezer right has a stainless exterior and aluminum interior full door. This model has corrosion resistant stainless steel exterior cabinet sides, front and shroud. All units shall have the upper shroud hinged with a gas assist stay open feature to provide easy access to the refrigeration system. The doors are stainless steel with recessed handles and built in locks with heavy duty strikes.The interior cabinet interior is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum and is corrosion resistant. Each section has three wire shelves and can be adjusted on 1in increments. Each compartment has its own separate refrigeration system. The condensing units are located on top of the cabinet and are individually monitored and controlled with Delfield’s ACT electronic temperature controls. Refrigerator compartment maintains between 33°F and 40°F. Freezer compartment maintains temperature between 0°F and -5°F.
