Delfield Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit

Keep pasta, meats, steamed vegetables, and other warm foods heated at just the right temperature with the Delfield N8845 three pan drop in single tank hot food well.  This single tank unit features three 1000 watt bottom-mounted heating coils that quickly and evenly warm food pans to between 140 and 160 degrees F, and they are operated via a remote-mounted temperature control panel for easy use.  This electric heated drop in food well can hold three full size 12in x 20in food pans up to 6in deep at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time.  A 1in NPT drain allows the user to drain out any condensation or extra water after use.
