Keep pasta, meats, steamed vegetables, and other warm foods heated at just the right temperature with the Delfield N8768N narrow three pan drop in hot food well.  This food well is designed to operate with water in order to keep your most popular hot foods delicious and ready to serve at your buffet.  Because of how this food well hold pans, it’s great for narrower countertops or two-sided buffet set-ups where you’d want to display the pans lengthwise.  The N8768N electric heated drop in food well can hold three full size 12in x 20in food pans up to 6in deep lengthwise at a food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time.  Each well’s 1000 watt bottom-mounted heating coil quickly warms the food pans to between 140 and 160 degrees F, and it is operated via a remote-mounted infinite temperature control panel with individual element controls.  And updated design enhances well temperature consistency, while reducing countertop surface temperatures surrounding the wells.
