Delfield Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit

Keep pasta, meats, steamed vegetables, and other warm foods heated at just the right temperature with the Delfield N8717-D one pan drop in hot food well.  This food well is designed to operate with water in order to keep your most popular hot foods delicious and ready to serve at your buffet.  This electric heated drop in food well can hold one full size 12in x 20in food pan up to 6in deep at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time.  This well has a 1000-watt, bottom-mounted heating element that is adjusted with infinite controls located on a remote panel.  An updated design enhances well temperature consistency, while reducing countertop surface temperatures surrounding the wells.  A 1/2in NPT drain in the right rear corner of the well allows the user to drain out any condensation or extra water after use.
