Delfield Drop-In Iced Cold Pan

Keep vegetables, fruits, salads, gelatin desserts, and other cold foods chilled at just the right temperature with the Delfield N8081 six pan drop in ice-cooled food well.  This food well requires no electricity to keep your most famous chilled creations at a safe temperature until customers empty the pan and are ready for more.  Thanks to its included adapter bars, this ice-cooled cold food well can hold six full size 12in x 20in food pans up to 8in deep at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time.  The sectioned, perforated false bottom allows ice to melt evenly into the bottom section, where a 1in plastic drain lets you empty the water at your convenience.
