Delfield Narrow Drop-In Iced Cold Pan

Keep vegetables, fruits, salads, gelatin desserts, and other cold foods chilled at just the right temperature with the Delfield N8046N narrow two pan drop-in ice-cooled food well.  This food well requires no electricity to keep your most famous chilled creations at a safe temperature until customers empty the pan and are ready for more.  Because of how this food well holds pans, it’s great for narrower countertops or two-sided buffet setups where you’d want to display the pans lengthwise.  This ice-cooled cold food well can hold two full size 12in x 20in food pans up to 8in deep lengthwise at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time.  The sectioned, perforated false bottom allows ice to melt evenly into the bottom section, where a 1in plastic drain lets you empty the water at your convenience.
