Delfield LiquiTec Drop-In Cool Food Unit

Delfield has constructed food pans that will easily accommodate the Delfield Mark 7, Shelleyglas or Shelleysteel counters or existing counters. The LiquiTec Cold Pans with Eutectic Fluid technology allows food in food pans to be flush with top of counter. Patented LiquiTec uses eutectic fluid that is permanently sealed in a jacket surrounding the pan opening as the cooling medium. This fluid remains a liquid at extremely cold temperatures, providing consistent, even cooling. This cold pan meets NSF and hold 4in or 6in deep pans. Flush with the top, for flush mount pans to accommodate 12in x 20in.  Product maintains temperatures of 33 degrees F to 41 degrees F are maintained at 86 degrees F ambient room temperature. Pans temperatures are controlled with a toggle ON/OFF switch and are constructed with stainless steel and galvanized steel exterior.
