Dean Super Runner Value Electric Fryer 40lb Capacity

Dean SR14E electric fryer is designed for frying a variety of products with it's full-size frying area. The SR14E features a wide cool zone design to minimize wasteful oil deterioration by trapping debris under the cooking area, preventing carbonation of particles and oil contamination. The sloped bottom of the SR14E fryer permits fast, easy draining of oil and sediment. Rapid recovery is assured with the durable temperature probe which reacts quickly to changes in load conditions and eliminates wait time. This fryer has two twin baskets and holds up to 40 pounds of frypot oil.
