Dean Frymaster Super Marathon 73LB Tube Gas Fryer

Dean Frymaster SM5020G Super Marathon fryer was designed for versatile frying production. The SM5020G was designed to have (1) 23 pound and (1) 50 pound oil capacity frypot. This fryer has a thermo tube design heat transfer system that uses up to 170,000 BTU per hour to ensure rapid heating and constant oil temperatures. To reduce waste Dean Frymaster designed their Super Marathon fryers with a wide cold zone that will trap debris under the cooking area. A positive sloped bottom with a 1.25 inch drain valve that ensures quick sediment and oil draining. Users will know that they have a high quality product when using their SM5020G fryer because it is NSF, CE and CSA approved.
