Dean Frymaster Super Marathon 23LB Tube Gas Fryer

Dean Frymaster SM220G half size gas fryer was designed for cooking small volume frying. The SM220G was designed to have (2) frypots in a single unit. Each frypot section can hold up to 23 pounds of oil for optimum cooking efficiency. This fryer has a thermo tube design heat transfer system that uses up to 50,000 BTU per hour to ensure rapid heating and constant oil temperatures. To reduce waste Dean Frymaster designed their half size fryers with a wide cold zone that will trap debris under the cooking area. A positive sloped bottom with a 1 inch drain valve that ensures quick sediment and oil draining. Users will know that they have a high quality product when using their SM220G fryer because it is NSF, CE and CSA approved.
