Dean 90lb High Efficiency Decathlon Gas Fryer

Dean’s gas fryers yields high-production cooking capacity and fast recovery meet high-volume frying needs with 40% greater efficiency than other Decathlon fryers. The 90lb oil capacities of these units make them ideal for everything from French fries to large-size menu items requiring more frying area. Burning at only 125,000 Btu/hr, the 18in x 18in fry area opens for a larger heat-transfer which reduces the heat per square inch needed for constant temperatures. The 6in versus 4in tubing provides more surface area for heat transfer. This performance gas fryer features Thermatron controller, RTD 1° compensating temperature probe, stainless steel frypot, front, door and sides. Also has a wide cold zone, automatic melt cycle, boil-out mode and drain safety switch with 1-1/2in drain valve.
