Dean 50lb Decathlon Performance Gas Fryer

Dean’s gas fryers yields high-production cooking capacity and fast recovery meet high-volume frying needs. The 50lb oil capacities of these units make them ideal for everything from French fries to large-size menu items requiring more frying area. Burning at a 120,000 Btu/hr, the 14in x 14in fry area opens for a larger heat-transfer which reduces the heat per square inch needed for constant temperatures. This performance gas fryer features Thermatron controller, RTD 1° compensating temperature probe, stainless steel frypot, front, door and sides. Also has a wide cold zone, automatic melt cycle, boil-out mode and drain safety switch.
