Automatic Bagging and Dispensing system, 1000-lb Storage with Auto Agitation
Ice storage bin with automatic agitation to store and dispense cube ice into bags, carts, pails or Totes™. Exceptional laborsavings, sanitation and safety for foodservice operators. Up to 1000 lbs (454kg) storage capacity.
Product Features:
- Labor-saving ice removal
- Eliminates the need to shovel or scoop ice from bin
- Automatic agitation cycle prevents ice from forming bridges – two rotating agitator bars keep ice loose and free flowing
- Foot pedal and push-button actuation standard with dispense rate of up to 120 lbs (55kg) per minute
- Dispenses ice up to 1" (26mm) square into most carts and containers
- Adjustable bag stand accommodates bag sizes up to 20 lbs (9kg)
- Standard dispense chute compatible with carts to 29.5" (750mm) high
- Dispenses ice into smaller containers such as Totes or ice coolers
- Easy to clean, easy to use
- Dispensing and agitating components easily removed for cleaning
- Removable, lockable clear window prevents unauthorized access to ice; provides for ice removal in power failures and for maintenance
- Maintenance access from the front and side
- Front assembly removes for installation through narrow doors
- User-friendly controls with mode selection and variable dispense time
- Blower puffs bags open automatically for high volume, hands-free dispensing
- Bag holder pins for use with wire-wicket bags; pins adjust for bags 5" to 10" (127 to 254mm) on center
- Dispense timer for consistent filling of bags
- 8 lbs (3.6kg) bags can be filled by one person at a rate of 6-8 per minute
