Cadco built this counter top ceramic range with a stainless steel housing that will provide stability and make it easy to keep clean. Ceramic ranges are good for people who only need to cook a small amount, when a heavy duty range is not available, and for cooking in front of customer buffet stations. This single burner glass ceramic range cooks as well and even as a range. The PHR1C has a power saving two circle heating zone to maximize energy efficiency.
