The Star-Max Electric Fryer offers excellent frying flexibility for any type of menu item.  Star-Max single pot electric fryer has a wide variety of frying capabilities and is perfect for today’s diverse menu selections, including: onion rings; fries; chicken or fish.  A single fry pot with twin baskets hold 15 lbs of fat that can fry 32 pounds of french fries per hour.  Twin baskets allow you to cook different foods simultaneously or at different intervals. Star-Max Electric fryer is made of quality constructed stainless steel. A control housing with indicator light, adjustable snap-action thermostat.  Hi-limit safety thermostat and immersion type elements are standard. Housing swings up for removal of the kettle.  Fryers operate on 208 or 240 volts with a 6’ cord and plug.
