Vollrath Cayenne 15-Bird Chicken Rotisserie Oven

Vollrath offers a simple setup for operators and an enticing point-of-sale display for customers with this Cayenne® CGA8016 chicken rotisserie oven that cooks and holds up to (15) 3 pound chickens. Vollrath installed easy-to-load baskets that merchandise more than just chickens. This CGA8016 rotisserie oven can also be used for ribs, roasts, vegetables or an entire rack of lamb. The baskets are also great for holding delicate items like whole stuffed fish while they are being cooked. The Cayenne® rotisserie oven has a glass rear and front that makes it easy for customers to view the delicious food being cooked. A unique circulation design distributes heat consistently throughout the chamber for even cooking and browning. Vollrath built their Cayenne® CGA8016 rotisserie oven out of stainless steel to ensure a long life span of the unit and easy cleaning. A removable full-size drip tray is included.
