Imperial Range uses a unique cool zone that captures food particles and keeps them from carbonizing the frying zone which results in better tasting food. This IFST countertop fryer has 3 high efficiency cast iron tube fired burners that has a large heat transfer area and fast recovery. Imperial uses a robot to precision weld all needed areas which ensures a consistant welding process. Since this countertop fryer is made out of stainless steel it is easy to clean and looks nice in any kitchen.
