Imperial IR-10-SC Sizzle 'N Chill restaurant series range has a 60in cooktop and 4 refrigerated drawers that will hold foods at the correct temperature until the user is ready to cook the stored food. Sizzle 'N Chill units all have a self contained refrigeration system. The IR-10-SC Sizzle 'N Chill unit has 4 refrigerated drawers that can hold food at a set temperature from 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Imperial designed the drawers to be self closing so you dont have to worry about leaving a drawer open and loosing cool air. To prevent the hot temperatures of the cooktop from affecting the cold drawer temperatures Imperial installed super durable insulation between the base and cooktop. Imperial's IR-10-SC has a 60 inch cooktop with 10 anti-clogging cast iron burners that are easy to take out for cleaning purposes. The special anti-clogging shield keeps grease and debris from clogging the pilot. This Sizzle 'N Chill unit would look great in any kitchen and was designed to match other Imperial cooking equipment.
