STANDARD FEATURES
¦ Eight level cook and hold oven accepts eight 18" x 26" x 1" baking pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" hotel steam pans.
¦ Heavy duty polished stainless steel cabinet with tubular steel inner frame for increased durability.
¦ Stainless steel door with heavy duty hinges, door latch mechanism, and long lasting silicone gaskets.
¦ Cabinet and door filled with 1 1/2" thick fibrous insulation.
¦ Interior pan supports removable for easy cleaning.
¦ Two wire cooking racks.
¦ Self-contained power head easily removable without tools. Includes metal sheathed heating elements, convection fan, electronic controls and "power on",
"cooking" and "holding" cycle indicator lights. Electronic timer with digital display indicates how much cooking time remains before switching to the hold
cycle. Solid state temperature controls can be set to operate automatically or manually. Cook temperatures adjusts to 350°F. Holding temperature adjusts to
250°F.
