The IHE3097-120 induction cookers have a turn dial to adjusts the temperature instantaneously. Eurodib induction cooker stovetops barely gets warm so there is less chances of burning the food and the cook gets to stay in a more comfortable working environment since there is not a lot of heat radiating off the cook top. The IHE3097 induction cook plate can be used with suitable pots and pans with diameters from 4-3/4in to 10-1/4in. Since this Eurodib induction range uses a magnetic field to transfer heat all cookware must be made of a magnetic based material like cast iron, and stainless steel.
