Robot Coupe R301 ULTRAB D series cutter and mixer food processor was designed to handle up to 3-1/2 quarts of vegetables at one time. Robot Coupe has designed 21 different processing discs that will fit into this unit. The R301 ULTRA B food cutter/mixer has a 1-1/2 HP single phase motor with a magnetic safety switch that will cut the machine off if the safety switch is triggered. Robot Coupe improved their motor base and vegetable attachment so that the food cutter is more user friendly, easier to keep clean, and made from chemical resistant material. Robot Coupe also redesigned their bowl and lid design to feature ergonomic handles and can hold 10% more liquid. The R301 ULTRA B food cutter and mixer was built to take up a small amount of counter space and will fit nicely in any kitchen.
