The Cleveland 24CGA6.2SES high efficiency pressureless gas convection steamer is designed to handle the demands of busy, high-volume applications.  Boasting two independently controlled 3 pan capacity compartments, this 100,000 BTU steamer easily cooks vegetables, seafood, rice, and more in your commercial kitchen.  This unit uses approximately 13 gallons of water per hour thanks to its SteamSaver feature that adjusts steam based on the type and volume of food being cooked.  Additionally, cooking times are reduced through the use of convection steam jets, and that included SureCook function ensures each load is timed to perfection.  For maximum convenience, this steamer also features deliming ports atop the easy-to-reach 54.25in high upper compartment and pull-out drawer style generator controls to make maintenance a breeze.
