Cleveland Range ConvoTherm Electric Mini Combi-Oven Steamer

Cleveland Range OES10.10MINI ConvoTherm mini combination oven and steamer has the cooking capacity for up to (5) 12in x 120in x 2-1/2in H steam table pans. This ConvoTherm oven and steamer uses boilerless injection system to produce steam. The vented, double glass door with integrated door stop keeps the heat inside of the cooking area. Cleveland Range designed this mini oven and steamer to have a self draining condensate drip tray which will make clean up easy. To make the OES10.10MINI ConvoTherm combination oven/steamer easier to use Cleveland Range added easy to read menu icons, digital temperature control, digital time control and has a bright graphics desplay. Included with this ConvoTherm mini combination oven/steamer comes with a cookbook with pre-programmed recipes.
