This Cleveland 24CEA10 (10) pan floor convection steamer comes in either 208volts/3 phase or 240 volts/3 phase configurations.  Energy efficient and cost-effective, the Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra 10 model electric steamer utilizes advanced technology and innovated features for superior performance.  Two separate and independent cooking compartments with their own steam generators allow for flexibility in cooking.  Each compartment features its own controls, 5 gallon generator reservoir and sealed door.  The 24CEA10 is constructed of solid 14-gauge stainless steel for superior durability, with a sleek, smooth exterior for easy cleaning.  The 24CEA10 features a condensation drip through to collect condensation from both cooking chambers.  Each cooking chamber uses two unique, durable flat bar heating elements and patented high-velocity steam jets to heat water quickly.  These steam jets circulate a high volume of steam naturally throughout the chamber without using trouble-prone fans.
