The combi oven has standard digital controls for temperature, time and core probe, with 250 recipe program capacity. Cooking modes for hot air,steam, combi, retherm, cook and hold. Delta "T", slow cooking and "Crisp & Tasty", includes trolley & (6) 12in x 20in wire shelves, hand shower (12) 18in x 26in or (24) 12in x 20in pan capacity, stainless steel interior and exterior. ConvoClean hands free built in automatic cleaning system: (1) 10 liter ConvoClean, (1) ConvoCare and (1) empty 10 liter container with label.
