Vollrath Wear-Ever 6-1/2QT Classic Select Straight-Sided Sauce Pan

A heavy-duty Vollrath Wear-Ever® straight-sided sauce pan from the Classic-Select® line ideal for sauces, vegetables, rice, cereals or soups. The sauce pan is made from 6 gauge, impact-resistant 3004 aluminum. Its double-thick bottom heats evenly and eliminates hot spots. This pan features the unique ergonomically designed TriVent® handle that reduces stress and fatigue The vented handle design reduces heat transfer from pan to handle, maximizing operator comfort. The handle is rated at 450° F (232° C) so you can place the pan in oven or use on stovetop. Large radius corners serve for easy stirring and cleaning as well as the smooth surface of the pan.
