Individually controlled cast iron "H" shaped burners, 70,000 BTU spaced for even heat distribution.
Heavy duty reversible cast iron 5"x21" top grates, with grease runners to direct the run off to the removable grease trough, provides markings on the food.
Top grates can positioned flay or sloped.
One year parts and labor warranty.
