Imperial EBA-2223 Char-Rock Broiler 2 Burners 22in x 23in

Imperial EBA-2223 Char-Rock broiler uses a 35,000 BTU "H" style burner every 12 inches to ensure high temperatures. The juices from the cooking meat will drip onto the bottom burners and will create a smokey steam that will sear in the natural juices of the meat. Imperial Range designed this broiler to use porous pumice char rock that is self cleaning that will help the user keep the unit cleaner longer. The EBA-2223 Imperial Char-Rock broiler has removable 5in x 21in heavy duty cast iron top grates to help the cleaning process go by quicker and smoother.  Imperial designed the top grates in such a way where the user can cook on a flat surface or on a sloped surface. This Imperial EBA-2223 has a stainless steel exterior that looks good in any kitchen.
