Imperial Radiant Charbroiler Range Convection Oven 36in

Imperial IR-36BR-C charbroiler range has (6) 15,000 BTU burners along its 36 inch cooking surface to ensure your food gets that smoky, chard taste. Imperial Range designed the IR-36BR-C charbroiler range to with a range match stainless steel body that will match other Imperial countertop equipment and restaurant ranges. Imperial built the IR-36BR-C charbroiler range with 3in x 21in removable cast iron sections to make cleaning this unit much easier than other standard charbroilers. In order to provide a more even temperature for the cooking surface Imperial Range designed the IRB charbroilers to have a stainless steel burner every 6 inches. When the meat cooks it will release drippings onto the radiants that produce needed searing flames and smoke for the charbroiled taste. The convection oven uses a 1/4HP blower motor to cook your baked foods faster and more even than standard ovens.
