The Electric models transfer heat to the Griddle surface with a special element design...maximizing the heat start-up speed and recoveries. Electric griddles feature a 3/4" griddle plate and thermostatic controls, welded stainless and aluminized steel construction. 4" adjustable legs. Griddle plate is continuously welded. Single phase is standard; convertible to three phase. Standard Features:
