Carter-Hoffmann HBU18J1XM heated holding cabinet uses hot forced air to keep up to (12) 18in x 26in pans or (24) 12in x 20in pans warm. Carter-Hoffmann built this holding cabinet with double panel, brushed aluminum and stainless steel door that is insulated to help control the heat inside the unit. For the HBU holding cabinets Carter-Hoffmann used a top mounted blower heater with an internal cooling fan to help reduce overheating to keep this unit evenly heated throughout it. Carter-Hoffman built the HBU18J1XM heated holding cabinet with dial temperature control knobs and a dial thermometer that are easy to use and read. It takes the HBU heated cabinet 25 minutes to preheat the whole inside cabinet to 160 degrees Fahrenheit and has the capability to heat up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Since Carter-Hoffmann used aluminum for the exterior of this heating holding cabinet it is really easy to wipe clean.
