The DF series doorless holding cabinets have an ergonomic pass through designed that allows you to have easy access from both sides. Since this holding cabinet uses heated shelves instead of heat lamps or heat air it allows for more sensitive foods to be stored without drying out. Using the heated shelves also eliminates flavor transfer between dishes. Carter-Hoffmann built their DF2620-5 holding cabinet to have stacking abilities without the need of a stacking kit. The bottom of one will nest inside the top of another. This holding cabinet is a very useful in a busy kitchen.
