Specifications:
CONTRUCTION:
Welded to the uprights except for bottom shelf that clips on to the legs of the upright. Shelves to have a rectangula
frame of 11⁄2” heavy wall aluminum tube and 1⁄4” flat bar. The shelves available in the following styles.
TUBULAR:
Model ACFS - Constructed of 11⁄2” square tube spacing welded horizontal on 41⁄2” centers. Load capacity per shelf
is 1500 lbs.
CHANNEL:
Model ACFCS - Constructed of 4” wide x 11⁄4” x .080 “E” channel style with center leg welded horizontally on
approximately 2” centers, two channels on 18” spacing and 20” and three channels on 24” and 27” shelves. Load
capacity per shelf is1500 lbs.
SOLID:
Model ACFSS - Constructed of one piece .060 aluminum sheet welded in over tubular frame. Load capacity per
shelf is 900 lbs.
T-BAR:
Model ACFTB - Constructed of all welded aluminum 11⁄2” x 13⁄4” x .072 wall tubing frame with cross pieces to be
T-Bar construction with minimum thickness of .080 x 11⁄2” wide and spaced 2” apart. Load capacity is 1500 lbs. per
shelf.
UPRIGHTS:
Constructed of 2” x 4” heavy wall aluminum tubing sealed top and bottom. Front leg to be welded to upright allowing
for 6” clearance and have adjustable foot. Legs will not extend beyond the front shelves.
