Cambro's CHPL100 Camtherm® plate heater provides unmatched consistency and durability in foodservice. Efficient, thorough heating maintains food temperature and quality, enhancing customer satisfaction. The Camtherm® plate heater is designed to hold 100 (2 stacks of 50) plates from 9 inches to 10-1/2 inches in diameter. Camtherm® plate heaters use even, convection heating from the top to bottom of each silo with two blowers and two heating elements to retain safe-holding temperatures for at least one hour. The smart, dual-lid design of the plate heater conserves heat and energy by opening separately from each other. Stainless steel components ensure your plates have a rust-free environment in the Camtherm® plate heater.
