H-Pan Amber Third Size 2-1/2in Deep Food Pan

Cambro's High Heat H-Pan™ food pans are ideal for use in microwave ovens, steam tables and chafing dishes. H-Pans™ allow you to use one pan from prep to cooler to oven to steam table providing convenient multiple use. This high heat pan is made from durable polysulfone that won't crack, bend or dent and is suitable for temperatures from -40°F to 375°F (-40°C-190°C). The featured non-stick smooth interior surface increases the yield of your products and makes cleanup easier. Cambro designed all of their food pans to have a uniform 1/2" flange that ensures an appropriate fit in food prep tables and food bars. This handy food pan holds up to 2-1/2 quarts of food.
