Cambro designed this Camshelving® Elements stationary starter unit for all areas of foodservice operations. It's ideal for use in kitchens, freezers, coolers, pantries, dry storage or hot environments. Camshelving® Elements Series shelving is as strong as steel but 60% lighter, made from polypropylene which is rust proof material that wipes clean easily with a damp cloth. The vented open shelves of this Camshelving® Elements starter unit are great for storing perishable products that need constant air flow around them. Included with the starter unit are: (4) stationary posts with leveling feet installed, (1) bag of 32 stationary traverse dovetails, (4) vented shelf plates and (8) stationary traverses and instructions.
