Cambro constructed the clear food pan from durable polycarbonate that won't crack, bend or dent. It's designed with a non-stick smooth interior surface that increases the yield of your products and makes the pan easy to clean. Camwear® food pans feature an uniform 1/2in flange that ensures an appropriate fit in food prep tables and food bars. This Camwear® pan is virtually unbreakable and can withstand temperatures from -40° to 210° F (-40°-99°C) keeping contents as cold as stainless steel pans at half the cost.
