Cambro's 30HPL H-Pan™ FlipLid® cover is made from a high heat material that can withstand temperatures from -40° to 375° Fahrenheit. This FlipLid® is great for covering food between servings keeping your food hot and fresh while reducing the risk of cross contamination. The hinged lid flips up so you can easily access the pans contents without removing the lid. Its transparent amber color allows you to see what's inside of the food pan. The non-stick surfaces makes the cover easy to clean by hand or you can safely put in the dishwasher.
