Cambro H-Pan 5.6qt Amber Third Size Food Pan - 6 EA

These handy Cambro 36HP third size H-Pans™ will save you time on preparation and cleaning. You can use one pan from prep to cooler to oven to steam table for up to 5.6 quarts of food. The high heat H-Pans™ can withstand temperatures from from -40° to 375°F (-40°C-190°C) making them also ideal for use in microwaves ovens and chafing dishes. They're also great for flash freezing, cooking and reheating. Cambro's H-Pans™ are made from durable polysulfone that won't crack, bend or dent. Designed with a non-stick smooth interior surface that increases the yield of your products and makes them easy to clean. An uniform 1/2in flange ensures the appropriate fit in food prep and steam tables. The pans are precisely designed to Gastronorm GN specifications.
