These handy Cambro 12HP full-size H-Pans™ will save you time on preparation and cleaning. You can use one pan from prep to cooler to oven to steam table. The high heat H-Pans™ can withstand temperatures from from -40° to 375°F (-40°C-190°C) making them also ideal for use in microwaves ovens and chafing dishes. They're also great for flash freezing, cooking and reheating. Cambro's H-Pans™ are made from durable polysulfone that won't crack, bend or dent. Designed with a non-stick smooth interior surface that increases the yield of your products and makes them easy to clean. An uniform 1/2in flange ensures the appropriate fit in food prep and steam tables. The pans are precisely designed to Gastronorm GN specifications.
