The Cadco CSR1T counter unit hot plate has a single 1100 watt burner. Cadco's hot plates are wonderful to use for cook in front of customer buffet stations. This single hot plate cooks as well and even as a range. This hot plate is made out of stainless steel to provide a more durable piece of equipment. The CSR1T hot plate has a high speed tubular element and has a power safety light so no one hurts themselves on a hot element.
