Late-night menus are having something of a resurgence in the restaurant world. McDonald’s has played around in the world, while Jack In The Box has fully embraced it. Steak ‘N Shake, a major chain known for their steakburgers and milkshakes (hence the name) has always been 24/7, but they’ve decided on a new menu that’ll cater purely to the late-night crowd; in many cases, they might be the ones coming home from bars, a midnight movie release, or even just working late on a project with friends and need some fuel.
The All-Nighter Menu includes six dishes exclusive to the 12AM-6AM timeframe, but all use regular ingredients otherwise seen in the restaurant.
The menu’s most impressive dish? The $7.77, seven steakburger patty, seven slices of cheese, 7X7 Steakburger. Huffington Post reports the nutritional facts, and while they’re not healthy in the least, it’s somewhat surprising to see it only be 1,330 calories. It headlines the menu in both notability and height.
Beyond that headlining hamburger, skillet-sized portions of nacho fries and chili cheese fries are available. The standard chicken tenders can be doused in BBQ or buffalo sauce. A Steakburger Slinger dish looks to be a skillet of hash browns, chili, steakburger patties, and eggs. Finally, Specialty Sliders consist of All-American, Guacamole, Jalapeno Crunch, and Gorilla flavorings (“gorilla” being grilled in mustard)
In addition to these new menu items, they’ll also begin selling breakfast at midnight, alongside new skillets, breakfast tacos, and more.
