The PC140N03 Cateraide™ Food Pan Carrier is a top loaded carrier that can hold up to quarts and is made to accomate third, half and full-sized food pans adequately. The PC140N03 is designed with a self-venting system that works independently keeping sanitation intact and eliminating the loss of vent caps. The pan is made with a polyethylene shell for durability and scratch resistant with polyurethane insulation making it hold temperature for stored foods to stay fresh for long periods of time.
