Cambro 1116110 Camtray inserts are used to seperate foods like hot and cold when you are using a 1622 rectangular Camtray. Cambro built their Camtrays and Camtray inserts out of lightweight, high-impact fiberglass with reinforced edges to ensure a long life span of their proudct. The high-impact fiberglass is naturally stain, odor and scratch resistant which is vital for keeping your trays looking new. When Cambro was building the 1116110 Camtray insert they added molded-in Dri-Stak separators to allow in more air flow that will help with the drying process. Cambro's Camtray line is all dishwasher safe so it is easy clean your Camtray inserts.
