Operates quietly and dependably with an enclosed, permanently lubricated and thermally protected motor. Includes a manual bowl lift that self-locks in the top position, plus a 15-minute timer for continuous or timed operation. Automatically shuts off in any speed after time has elapsed. Easy to clean. Includes a flat batter beater, wire whip and spiral dough hook. Plugs into grounded receptacle.
