Baxter Roll-in Double Wide Retarder Proofer Cabinet 60.5in D

Baxter RPW2S-60.5"D roll-in double wide retarder and proofer cabinet can hold up to (6) single end, (6) single side, or (2) double side load racks. Baxter built this proofer cabinet with a patented air flow system and internally mounted humidity system that will keep the inside of this cabinet hot without drying out food. An eye-level digital control panel allows you to set the heat/humidity system, set retarding temperature, and features four independent timers. Baxter built their RPW retarder and proofer cabinets out of durable stainless steel that will look great in any kitchen. Baxter's RPW2E-60.5"D is shipped knocked down and will need to be installed by a field technician.
