Vita-Mix 5028 BarBoss has the original style but made out of more durable materials like high-impact polycarbonate. The original BarBoss comes with a heavy duty ice blade assembly. Vita-Mix's Original BarBoss features automatic shut off that enables the user to start their blender and walk away to do other tasks. This will save the workers time and energy when they aren't having to stand and wait for the blender to finish the job. The BarBoss 5028 blender has electronic acceleration control which starts the blend slow and as the ice breaks into smaller pieces the blender will speed up until the perfect consistency is achieved. Vita-Mix also added pulse control to add the ability to quickly refresh drinks for better efficiency.
